The barite milling process is relatively simple. The milling process is roughly divided into: material→feeding→crushing→lifting→grinding→classification→collection, etc. The specific steps are as follows:

First, the bulk barite material is crushed by jaw crusher.

Afterwards, it is fed into the silo from bottom to top by the bucket elevator, and then fed into the ultrafine grinding mill uniformly and quantitatively by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for full grinding.

The pulverized barite powder will complete the classification operation under the combined action of the analyzer and the blower, and the unqualified fine powder will be sent back to the main engine for re-grinding.

After classification, the powder that meets the requirements of fineness will be separated and collected in the dust collector along with the pipeline device, and finally sent to the finished product silo, which can be packed with a powder tanker.
