Our powder grinding mill can be processed in different fineness of talc: coarse powder processing (0 – 3 mm), fine powder processing (20 -400 mesh), and deep processing of fine powder (400 mesh -1250 mesh and superfine powder processing (1250- 3000 mesh).

Stage 1: Crushing

Large pieces of material are broken into a hammer crusher(or jaw crusher) to enter the powder grinding mill’s feed fineness (15-50 mm).

Stage 2: Grinding

The broken pieces are sent to the storage bin by the hoist and then fed to the powder grinding mill by the vibration feeder to grind evenly and quantitatively.

Fine powder processing generally selects vertical roller mill, European plate grinder and super pressure trapezoidal grinder; superfine powder processing usually selects superfine vertical mill and medium speed micro powder mill.

Stage 3: Grading

After grinding by powder grinding mill, the materials are graded by powder sorting machine, and the unqualified powder is selected to be returned to the host machine after grading and second grinding.

Stage 4: Powder Collection

Comply with the fineness of powder with the gas flowing through the pipeline into the dust collector were isolated and collected, finished powder from the outlet of the conveying device is sent to the finished product bin, and then unified with the powder tank or automatic packaging machine for packaging.
